What we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, organization, email, phone number, the service and timeline you select, and the project details you write. We also record the date and time you submitted the form.

Separately, we use Plausible Analytics to measure how many people visit each page of civarocivil.com. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track you across websites.

Why we collect it

The contact form data is used to reply to your inquiry. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run this site:

• Web3Forms (form delivery) — receives your contact form submission and relays it to our inbox by email. We do not maintain a separate database of submissions; Web3Forms' handling of the data it processes is governed by its own privacy policy.
• Plausible Analytics — aggregated, cookieless page-view data.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions reach us as email and are kept in our inbox as part of normal business correspondence until we no longer need them. Any copy held by Web3Forms follows its own retention practices, linked above. Analytics data follows Plausible's default retention (currently indefinite in aggregated form with no personally identifying data).
