Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we store your name, email, company, project type, and the message itself. We also record the date and time you submitted, along with anonymized technical details (browser, referring page) we use to investigate suspected spam.

Separately, we use Plausible Analytics to measure how many people visit each page of civarocivil.com. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track you across websites.

Why we collect it

The contact form data is used to reply to your inquiry. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run this site:

• Supabase (database) — stores contact submissions.
• Resend (email delivery) — sends a notification email to us when a submission arrives.
• Plausible Analytics — aggregated page-view data.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions are retained for three years, then deleted. Analytics data follows Plausible's default retention (currently indefinite in aggregated form with no personally identifying data).
