Constructability Review
Second-set-of-eyes review of plans and specs, before bid.
A structured review of plans and specifications across heavy civil, site design, urban planning, municipal buildings, and new and aged infrastructure. We identify buildability issues, access conflicts, sequencing gaps, and spec mismatches — and deliver findings in a Bluebeam markup set.
